PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant package which enables transported cut flowers to be displayed as they are in a shop without need of transferring them into a container filled with water, can be conveniently displayed even in a convenience store, can be carried home as they are without wrapping for physical protection when the displayed cut flowers are purchased, does not require particular treatment for preventing the flowers from breaking during transportation, and can keep freshness of plants such as the cut flowers from the spot to a vase or the like at home for example; its bag; and a manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The plant package consists of a container 1 for hermetically sealing the plant 2 and a filled gas 3. The container 1 has a transparent part. The filled gas 3 contains carbon dioxide of the plant 2 and has an internal pressure to a degree that the shape of the container 1 can be retained when the container 1 is carried.
