PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To differentiate the temperature of the air blowing out toward an upper side from the temperature of the air blowing out toward a lower side in the bi-level blowout mode. SOLUTION: When the bi-level blowout mode is selected, the heating capability of a second interior heat exchanger 32 is controlled so that the temperature of the air just after passing through the second interior heat exchanger 32 is higher than a target blowout temperature TAO. Thus, the opening degree SW of an air mix door 81 becomes more than 0% and less than 100%. Accordingly, the air having passed through the second interior heat exchanger 32 generates the warm air heated by the second interior heat exchanger 32 and the cold air detouring around the second interior heat exchanger 32 so that, in the bi-level blowout mode, the temperature of the air blowing out toward the upper side can be differentiated from the air blowing out toward the lower side.
