A base (2) with a flat lower surface and a convex upper area is joined with a vertical column (5) to a seat (1) with both its upper and lower surface designed as convex areas. The lower end of the column (5) rests on a ball element moving in a recess at the base (2), the upper end is also fitted with a ball element moving in a recess at the seat (1). Seat (1) and base (2) are additionally joined with slightly elastic strings (6), facilitating a limited motion of the seat (1).
