The noise protection structure is installed along a highway and comprises bearers (1) fixed relatively to the ground, with flat noise protection components (2) fixed to each bearer. Each component comprises a support frame (4) equipped with bolts (12-15), by means of which the frame is held in accommodation parts (16) fixed to the bearers. The sides of the frames facing the noise source are covered with flat components (17).
