<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner tile secure from breakage by thermal stress and its support method. <P>SOLUTION: A burner tile body 10 is divided to a rear member 11 constituting a cylindrical drum part and a front member 12 having a fuel outlet port or combustion air outlet port 15 to reduce the thermal stress. The front member 12 is preferably further divided to a circumferential member 27 and a central member 28, and the circumferential member 28 is preferably further divided to a plurality of pieces in the circumferential direction. A protection block 20 is provided on the outside of such a burner tile body 10, and the furnace internal end of the protection block 20 is pressed by the tip portion 26 of a falling preventive beam 24, whereby the falling of the tile into the furnace can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
