METHOD FOR DETECTING MUTUAL ACTION OF PROTEIN AND METHOD FOR SCREENING PROTEIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply analyzing mutual action between proteins in good reproducibility and a method for screening the protein.

SOLUTION: The method for detecting mutual action between proteins comprises detecting mutual action between a reporter protein and other protein by using one or more kinds of reporter proteins. The method for screening a candidate protein carrying out mutual action with the reporter protein comprises synthesizing and reacting one or more kinds of candidate proteins in which mutual action with the reporter protein is predicted by cell-free protein synthesis in the presence of the reporter protein and measuring the change of state of these reporter proteins in the detection method.
