<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic heater having excellent durability, wherein a ceramic sheet can be brought into close contact with a ceramic core material with a simple operation, by improving a contact liquid to bring them into close contact with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic sheet is brought into close contact with the ceramic core material by using the contact liquid obtained by mixing a binder having a glass transition point of -60 to 0°C and a molecular weight of 10,000 - 800,000 with ceramic powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
