AUTOMOBILE HEAD LAMP PROVIDED WITH IMPACT MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic head lamp relaxing an impact when a pedestrian collides to the head lamp.

SOLUTION: The automobile head lamp is provided with an impact member 11 displaceable between a normal position and an operation position where it is contacted with an obstacle when the obstacle collides to the head lamp 2; and a safety device 12 capable of displacing the impact member 11 from the normal position to the operation position. The impact member co-uses a glass shield. A safety device is communicated with an enlargement chamber and also releases gas accumulated in a storage unit.
