<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably attract even very small parts in a work attraction device. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with an attraction iron core 11 which is made of magnetic stainless and has a cylindrical small diameter distal end part 11a in front and a large diameter main body part 11b at a rear side. The large diameter main body part 11b is arranged at the inside of an iron core accommodation hole 15a of a bobbin 15 wound with a coil 14 thereon. A fixed iron core 16 is arranged to surround upper and lower surfaces and front surface of the bobbin 15. When energizing to the coil 14, a line of magnetic force generated around the bobbin 15 is concentrated on a magnetic path formed by the fixed iron core 16, a stopper holder 10 and the attraction iron core 11. By passing of the magnetic flux, the attraction iron core 11 is effectively magnetized. If a workpiece is provided with a magnetic material member, however very small the workpiece may be, the workpiece can be stably attracted by magnetic force of the magnetized attraction iron core 11. By stopping energizing, the workpiece can be surely and quietly removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
