PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of users in a stand-by condition, and to prevent the feeling of boredom of the users, and to improve an equipment operation rate in a game facility. SOLUTION: This automatic picture photographing device for accepting a service charge, and for executing a predetermined play operation is provided with a reservation accepting means for accepting the reservation of a use time, a recording means for recording the preserved service hours by associating it with reservation specification information, a reservation ticket issuing means for issuing a reservation ticket in which the reservation specification information is recorded and a reservation ticket reading means for reading the reservation specification information from the reservation ticket. In the reserved service hours, the reservation specification information is read by the reservation ticket reading means, and only when the service hours are matched with a service hour associated with the read reservation specification information, a play operation is executed.
