PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer support system enabling a user to reserve callback with a web server and to receive customer support by connecting instantaneously and surely. SOLUTION: The system is characterized in that a user inputs information required for customer support request from an input screen provided to a web server by using an input means of an information terminal on a display part of the user's information terminal connected to a specified web server via a line switching network/a communication line network, and the web server transmits the inputted information to the center.
