PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program of operation training for reducing the initial introduction cost and remarkably reducing the running and administrating costs, to reduce the cost of a technical support, and to provide a timely support according to the requirement by a user. SOLUTION: The device of operation training of a refuse incineration plant 2 is provided with: an operation training execution means 6 with which the operation training of the refuse incineration plant is performed according to a demand from a client terminal 3 connected via a public network 1; an operation training result storing means 7 which stores the result of the operation training with the operation training execution means 6; and an operation training result communication means 3 which transmits the result of the operation training stored in the operation training result saving means 7 via the network to the client terminal 3.
