PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination angle measuring device capable of improving a measurement precision without excessively amplifying, electrically, signals. SOLUTION: A case 2 is composed of a case body 6 which houses ultrasonic wave sensors 3 and 4, and a lid 7 which covers the upper part of the case body 6. The case body 6 comprises a bottom plate 21 provided with windows 23 and 24 for exposing a transmitting/receiving surface of the ultrasonic wave sensors 3 and 4, a tubular side plate 22 which extends upward from the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 21 and abuts with the lower surface of the lid 7, and horn parts 27 and 28 which so extend downward from the bottom plate 21 as to comprise the windows 23 and 24.
