PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cooling system highly accurately controllable temperature even if ON-OFF control of a cooling system is reduced; and to reduce the space for the system without increasing electric power consumption. SOLUTION: A capillary tube for supplying a refrigerant to a cooler 3 in a thermostat 2, is composed of a main capillary tube 10 and a sub-capillary tube 11 arranged in parallel to this main capillary tube. A solenoid valve 12 is arranged in the sub-capillary tube 11. The liquid temperature in the thermostat 2 is controlled by adjusting a refrigerant flow rate to the cooler 3 by controlling the opening-closing of the solenoid valve 12 of the sub-capillary tube 11 while continuously operating the cooling system 1.
