PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container, the manufacturing of which does not need a special process using a coater for applying an adhesive or a peeling agent, or drying equipment, and which enables re-sealing with effective adhesiveness and makes it easy to confirm the opening of the container, and to provide a re-sealable packaging container made by sealing the above container with a lid. SOLUTION: The re-sealable packaging container is made by molding a multilayer sheet comprising a co-extrusion multilayer film (X) laminated with a base material. The multilayer film (X) consists of a surface resin layer (A), an adhesive resin layer (B), and a heat seal resin layer (C), and either of the resin layers (A) or (C) is a resin layer containing a colorant. According to the container, when the heat seal resin layer (C) of the lid is peeled off after heat sealing it, the adhesive resin layer (B) is separated from the resin layer (A) or (C) containing the colorant, and is exposed on a heat sealing part at the container side or the lid side in an adhesive state that enables re-sealing.
