METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE ORIGINAL COPY OF AN OPTICAL SIGNALOGRAM

The proposed method for producing the original copy of an optical signalogram can be used in producing compact disks (CD) and digital versatile disks (DVD). The method consists in coating the substrate with a layer of inorganic photoresist based on chalkogenide glass As40S60-xSex, where 5 ? x ? 25. The use of chalkogenide glass of three-component system, with optimal contents of the components, provides a possibility to reduce power consumption in recording optical signalograms and enhance the reliability of the recording.
