The invention relates to an automatic fire alarm system and makes it possible to reduce the cost of a signal transmission process and ensure the compatibility between a detector provided with low-cost receiving control devices and an analog alarm system loop. The inventive method consists in processing analog data directly in the detector and in transmitting the results of a complex digital data processing to the receiving control devices with the aid of simple analog signals.
