ROLLING BEARING FOR PREVENTING ELECTRIC CORROSION BY EASILY AND ACCURATELY FINISHING PROCESSING AND MANAGING THICKNESS OF FILM

PURPOSE: A rolling bearing for preventing electric corrosion is provided to finish processing accurately after forming the insulating layer, and to manage the thickness of the film easily by forming the processing or thickness managing reference plane on the inner or outer track race. CONSTITUTION: An insulating layer(6) is formed in an inner race(2) or an outer race(3) of an electric corrosion preventing rolling bearing and extended to the circumference fitted to the housing or the shaft. The insulating layer is formed by thermal spraying of metallic oxide, and a width processing or film thickness managing reference plane(7) is formed in the track race of the outer race or the inner race with the insulating layer. The reference plane is formed at the inside of an end(8) or in the material exposure surface without thermal spraying of the insulating layer.
