PURPOSE: A method for intercepting location information of a wireless communication system is provided to analyze location information data of a mobile station, and to extract pre-agreed pseudo information, then to stop a location information-related service by recognizing that a user sets a location information interception function, thereby preventing the location information data from being misused. CONSTITUTION: A system decides whether a location information delivery request is produced from a mobile station. If so, the system displays a location information supply mode, and decides whether a location information interception mode or a location information delivery mode is set. If the location information delivery mode is set, the system generates substantial location information and transmits location information data including the location information to a location information server. If the location information interception mode is set on the mobile station, the system generates pseudo information related to the location information and transmits the location information data to the server. The server supplies or stops a location information-related service of the mobile station according to the location information.
