MOTORIZED WIRE SAW MACHINE

PURPOSE: A motorized wire saw machine is provided to decrease the required working hours and working force, to reduce the accident caused and to improve the working environment. CONSTITUTION: The motorized wire saw machine(100) contains: a traveling unit(200) provided with a hydraulic motor(201) connected directly or unified with an epicyclic geared speed reducer to move the whole equipment on treads; an upper frame(210) provided with an engine and a fuel tank to drive a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic valve; a driving unit(220) attached to the upper frame(210) and provided with a driving pulley(222) where a wire saw(1) is placed/rotated; a primary idle roller unit(230) provided with many idle rollers to change the direction of the wire saw(1) came out from the driving unit(220); a guide unit(224) guiding the movement of the wire saw(1) rotated by the driving pulley(222); and a secondary idle roller unit(240) moving along the guide unit(224) to pull the wire saw(1) of the primary idle roller unit(230).
