A beer filter comprises a filter boiler (12) having a filtrate inlet (2) and non-filtrate chamber (5) in which several filter candles (10) are arranged. The candles have outlet lines (13a-e) so that the filtrate is fed from the candles via the outlet lines to outlets (3a, 3b). Preferred Features: The filter candles have outlet lines arranged in two groups so that the filtrate is fed from the candles via the outlet lines to at least two outlets. The outlet lines are tubular lines into which the filter candles open. The outlet lines comprise closed tubes which lie parallel and vertical to the candles.
