A rotary contact (36) is axially displaced w.r.t. a contact plane when an operating member (12) is rotated, and a press contact (46) is axially displaced w.r.t. the contact plane when the operating member is pressed. The press contact is acted upon directly by the operating member, or indirectly via a pusher (22), to axially displace it in a region adjacent to the contacting plane (48).
