PURPOSE: An object fixing device on a sewing machine is characterized by having a few parts, having simple structure and minimizing the steps for operating an upper feed plate. The object fixing device is capable of decreasing volume, reducing assembling time, increasing productivity and reducing noise and vibration. CONSTITUTION: The object fixing device on the sewing machine is comprised of: the upper feed plate(23) pressing the object; a lower feed plate(24) contacting with the upper feed plate(23) and fixing the object; a feed bracket(20); a working device, an air slide table(30) which is connected with the feed bracket(20), transferring the upper feed plate(23) above and below; and a bracket(22) of the upper feed plate connecting the upper feed plate(23) with the working device.
