PURPOSE: The equipment of a rope to be lowered at a high building fire or in case of emergency is provided to equip a ring capable of binding a strong rope to a solid wall retaining a window with a safety rope so that the safety escape emergency rope can be taken out to the outside even if the window is slightly opened. CONSTITUTION: An emergency safety rope is installed simply to a retainer made for inhibiting people from falling to the outside in a high building whose veranda is blocked by glass for the safety of people. The rope is provided with prominent and depressed regions formed at a 20cm interval in order to prevent a person from slipping on the rope by the weight of the person when the person grasps the safety escape rope and gets down.
