An isolator circuit (226) provided between transmitter and antenna (202), includes magic T coupler (310) and 3 dB coupler (340). The directional 3 dB hybrid coupler provides two transmission paths (320,350) for routing respective portions of transmitting signal. The 3 dB coupler provides combined transmitting signal to antenna. An independent claim is also included for the radio frequency (RF) transmitter.
