PURPOSE: An organic EL(Electro-Luminescence) element driving circuit and an organic EL display device using the same are provided to adjust a white balance of a screen of an organic EL display apparatus by adjusting brightness of R, G, and B display colors. CONSTITUTION: An organic EL element driving circuit varies a current of an organic EL elements via terminal pins provided correspondingly to R, G and B display colors of an organic EL display panel in a display time period and resetting terminal voltages of the organic EL elements in a reset time period, based on a timing control signal for regulating the display time period corresponding to one horizontal scan period and the reset time period corresponding to a retrace period of the horizontal scan. The organic EL element driving circuit includes a pulse generator circuit(2G,2R,2B) generating the timing control signal with the reset time period. The reset time period is set based on data set externally of the pulse generator circuit, correspondingly to respective R, G and B display colors. A display luminance of each display color on a screen of the organic EL display panel is regulated based on the data.
