PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing abrasives is provided to improve productivity and to manufacture the abrasives in large quantities by automatically manufacturing the abrasives. CONSTITUTION: A sintering unit(1) includes a body frame(11) having a fixed stand to which a plurality of molds(310) are fixed, and a press cylinder formed at the body frame and moving a heating head to the upper part of the molds. A carrying unit(2) has a carrying plate formed at one side of the fixed stand and interlocked with a carrying cylinder. A feeding unit(3) feeds the molds by a conveyor(31). A cooling unit(4) jets water through a plurality of nozzles and cools the molds. A separating unit(5) separates abrasives from the molds by a strike head interlocked with a strike cylinder.
