摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for depositing an organic emitter layer on a substrate in a manufacturing process of an OLED device is provided to improve color and/or uniformity in the manufacturing process of the OLED device by using a laser thermal transfer method. CONSTITUTION: A donor element providing process is performed to provide a donor element(10) coated by an organic emitter layer(18) having an organic emitter with a desired emission spectrum. The donor element is transferred to a substrate in a heating process. The coated side of the donor element is positioned in a material transferring relationship at a predetermined distance relative to the substrate in order to deposit the organic emitter layer under the environment of reduced pressure. The spectrum of light emitted from an OLED device is included in the desired emission spectrum by selecting the predetermined distance. The donor element is heated to transfer the transferable layer in order to form the emitter layer on the organic light-emitting device.</p>
