PURPOSE: Provided is a scum skimmer for removing scum and oils floated on the surface of water by transferring scum and oils toward sides of a water tank using rotating transfer screw and collecting the transferred scum and oils into a scum discharge tank using a scum discharge screw and a screw housing. CONSTITUTION: The scum skimmer comprises a screw frame (5) for supporting a screw unit (1) rotating while coming into to contact with the surface of water, the screw unit (1) with screw threads, which rotates by a driving unit for transferring scum and oils floated on the surface of water toward a side of a water tank, and a scum discharge tank (2) provided at an end portion of the scum unit (1) for collecting the transferred scum and oils, wherein the screw unit (1) includes a transfer screw (10) and a discharge screw (20) coupled to an end of the transfer screw (10) and wherein a screw housing (22) surrounds the discharge screw (20) in such a way that an edge of screw threads of the discharge screw almost come into contact with inner surface of the screw housing (22).
