摘要 PURPOSE: A blast furnace hearth tapping method using spiral oxygen pipe is provided to discharge residual molten metal remained on the hearth bottom of blast furnace to the maximum by enlarging size of residual molten metal discharge hole of the hearth bottom part using the spiral oxygen pipe. CONSTITUTION: In a blast furnace hearth tapping method using spiral oxygen pipe(140) comprising the processes of grasping position of molten metal(130) remained on the hearth bottom(122) of blast furnace(110); forming a residual molten metal discharge hole(10) from the outer surface of metal case of hearth bricks(120) to a position adjacent to the molten metal remained hearth bottom; and inserting the oxygen pipe into the residual molten metal discharge hole so that the residual molten metal discharge hole is penetrated up to molten metal remained on the hearth bottom using high pressure oxygen injected from the oxygen pipe, the method is characterized in that the residual molten metal discharge hole is penetrated up to molten metal remained on the hearth bottom as enlarging size of the residual molten metal discharge hole using high pressure oxygen injected from the oxygen pipe by forming the front end part(22) of the oxygen pipe in a spiral shape to a certain length, wherein residual molten metal discharge hole expanding and penetrating operations are continuously performed after stopping supply of high pressure oxygen and replacing the worn out oxygen pipe with a new oxygen pipe a front end part of which is formed in a spiral shape if a spiral part of the oxygen pipe is worn out by high temperature.
