PURPOSE: A method for synchronously recovering a database on a duplicated system is provided to efficiently perform synchronized recovery by transferring tuple data that change is occurred in a predetermined time as using query/log time information of each relation in the database of the duplicated mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: The log/query process time information of each relation is received from the recovered system(S45). The query process time information received from the system and the tuple time information in a local database are compared with the log process time information(S46). In case that the query process time information and the tuple time information are larger than the log process time information, the tuple information for synchronously recovering the database are transmitted to the system(S47).
