PURPOSE: A method for safely exchanging an information message is provided to validate correct update of the information message on a receiving platform by matching the final message on the receiving platform with the final message transmitted from a transmitting platform. CONSTITUTION: Exchanging an initial message including date information for transmitting the first message between the transmitting/receiving platforms, both platforms know the date for transmitting the first message(103). The message is continuously transmitted from the transmitting platform at predetermined time intervals and each message is coded by a dynamic code(104). The message received to the receiving platform is decoded by using a decoding sequence, and a clock of the receiving platform is synchronized to the date as the first message is received.
