PURPOSE: A system for control a credit card in real-time using a mobile device and a service method thereof are provided to enable a card holder to control the continuous use by informing settlement information and accumulated settlement price to the mobile device of the card holder, and making the card holder perform an approval procedure secondarily through the mobile device. CONSTITUTION: The mobile device comprises a settlement information processing module(A2) for managing the services such as the real-time card control through the card settlement information reception and the secondary approval, and a security module(A3) for securing communication and certifying the card holder. A settlement information informing system(A5) has a card control function as a secondary approval procedure for the credit card settlement through the mobile device.
