PURPOSE: A display device, image processing apparatus and method, photographing device and program are provided to allow a user to be aware of his/her position easily and display images with presence. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes the first and second display units. The first display unit displays the first image and is arranged to surround a user. The second display unit displays the second image and is arranged inside the first display unit. An image processing apparatus includes an image selector and an image converter. The image selector selects an image of visual point when a user sees a predetermined object from images photographed at multiple points. The image converter converts the visual point image into a luminous image according to the visual point of the user and the form of a display device. A photographing device includes an all-direction photographing unit for photographing all directions of an object, and a plurality of object photographing units for photographing the object in a plurality of directions.
