PURPOSE: A clearance remaining unit of a clutch apparatus for a manual transmission in a vehicle is provided to prevent fatigue from repeated operation and use permanently by separating a release bearing from a pressure plate in not actuating the clutch pedal with interlocking along moving track of the release fork. CONSTITUTION: A clutch apparatus comprises a release fork(5) hinged by a master cylinder and a releaser cylinder doubling and transmitting force of a clutch pedal, and a release bearing(7) pushing the pressure plate by horizontally moving with a hub(6) by pressure of the release fork and shutting off power by separating a clutch disk from a flywheel, and connects or disconnects power. A clearance remaining unit(10) keeps the gap from the pressure plate by pulling the release bearing with the release fork along the return track of the release fork, and has a fixing plate(11) formed in the hub, a rod(12) fixed to the fixing plate and placed in the release fork and a guide pin(13) vertically combined with the end of the rod and moved along an arc guide channel(5a) formed in the release fork to pull the release bearing.
