PURPOSE: A flywheel for a vehicle is provided to improve driving experience in suddenly accelerating or decelerating, and to reduce rattle or booming noise by guiding relative motion between the flywheel and an inertia ring in fluctuating speed or torque of an engine and damping with surrounding viscous silicone oil with a cover and embedding the inertia ring in the damper. CONSTITUTION: A flywheel(30) is composed of a cover(2) inserted and installed in the rear space of the flywheel; an inertia ring(6) embedded in the cover; and a damper(5) filled with oil(4) charged between the inertia ring and the cover to reduce fluctuation of speed or torque with damping. The damper is filled with the high viscosity silicone oil. The damper guides relative motion between the flywheel and the inertia ring in fluctuating torque from sudden acceleration or deceleration, and damps fluctuation with the silicone oil. Collision between a main shaft of a transmission and a count shaft is reduced with transmitting regular rotational force of the flywheel to the main shaft and the count shaft without pulsation.
