Controlling flow of polymer during injection moulding, using underpressure valve in mould tool inlet

An underpressure valve is placed before the mould tool inlet. A method for controlling the flow of material during injection-moulding or other processes in which molten polymers are moulded, comprises placing an underpressure valve before the mould tool inlet. This valve is used to regulate material flow without affecting the production cycle.
