PURPOSE: A weight adjusting device of a weight training apparatus is provided to know and adjust the weight of stacks with ease and prevent a safety accident by stably maintaining a coupling state of the stacks and a fixing bar by a fixing device. CONSTITUTION: A guide(420) is installed to a plate(210) connected to a wire(503) so that a user of a weight training apparatus easily adjusts the weight of stacks(310) suitable for its physical aptitude. A vertically slidable fixing device(100) is mounted along the guide so that the user stops at a desired position of the stacks to make fixing device engaged to the stacks. Thus the user overcomes the inconvenience occurred when a fixing tool is inserted into the hole of the stacks.
