PURPOSE: An electric synchronous manual transmission is provided to cut down manufacturing cost by simplifying structure and design of synchronizers for synchronizing before connecting the clutch gear with the hub gear, and to improve shift quality by engaging the driving gears with the driven gears after synchronizing without mechanical friction. CONSTITUTION: A synchronous manual transmission comprises an input shaft(30); driving gears(31) installed in the input shaft; an output shaft(32) installed in parallel with the input shaft; plural idle gears(33) engaged with each driving gear on the output shaft with idling; hub gears integrally rotated with the output shaft; plural electric synchronizers(36) having a control unit detecting rpm of the input shaft, and synchronous motors synchronizing the hub gears with the idle gears; and sleeves axially moving on the hug gears, and connecting the hub gears to the idle gears.
