PURPOSE: A method for downloading a character/voice message bell sound in a mobile phone is provided to receive character/voice message bell sounds and store the character/voice message bell sounds in a memory so that a user selects a specific character/voice message bell sound. CONSTITUTION: If a user connects to an n-top or my bell-service(S300) and selects a specific bell sound(S302,S304), a mobile phone receives the selected bell sound and stores the received bell sound in a memory(S306). The mobile phone sets a specific bell sound as a character/voice message bell sound among the received bell sounds(S308). If a character/voice message is received, the mobile phone rings the set character/voice message bell sound. |
