PURPOSE: A curtain airbag for a vehicle is provided to improve safety and prevent the injury of a passenger by preventing the discharge of gas in cells. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of curtain cells(1) are connected to an inflator(2) generating gas through a gas tube(3), and are inflated by gas. Cutoff members(5) are fixed to gas passages formed at front and rear cells(1',1"). The cutoff members move to the inside of the cells by gas to introduce gas into the front and rear cells, and adhere closely to the cell by the gas in the cell to cut off the discharge of the gas in the cells. |
