PURPOSE: A composite frame for the repair and reinforcement for an inner wall of a tunnel is provided to improve appearance and to heighten stiffness. CONSTITUTION: In the repair and reinforcement works for various tunnels(12) for a railway, a road, an underground footway, and a water and sewerage tunnel, the composite frame for the repair and reinforcement for an inner wall of a tunnel is completed by placing a composite reinforcement plate(A) in FRP resin layers with a coupler by using metallic heartwood, a wire, eccentric steel or carbon fiber heartwood and aramid fiber heartwood as heartwood and attaching a carbon fiber layer and an aramid fiber layer or an aramid fiber layer and a carbon fiber layer. Wherein the composite reinforcement plate(A) is formed by assembling ceilings, right and left connectors, and right and left side walls, then bonding with adhesives.
