PURPOSE: Provided is a nail care unit and a manufacturing method for a pile attached thereto, to enhance efficiency of nail care including nail polishing through the nail care unit and the pile attached thereto. CONSTITUTION: The nail care unit(100) includes a main body(10), a head(11), and a handle(14). The main body(10) has a designated radius of curvature in a bow shape. On the top part of the head(11) is an attachment surface where a thin-plate type pile is attached, and on the bottom surface of the head(11) is a recess(13) where a finger is placed. Also, the handle(14) is bent to a designated length and a plurality of projections are formed on the top surface of the handle(14) to prevent the nail care unit(100) from slipping and to provide the acupressure effect to a user.
