PURPOSE: A hand router is provided to improve machining efficiency by precisely controlling the space between a workpiece and the working part of a bit. CONSTITUTION: A hand router(100) is composed of a router gun(110), a bit(120) rotatably installed at the end of the router gun, a cap(200) fit into the outside of the bit and coupled to the router gun, and a space control unit(300). The cap has a groove(220) through which the working part of the bit is disclosed. The space control unit is coupled to the outer end of the cap, and controls the space between a workpiece(500) and the working part of the bit.
