PURPOSE: A hovercraft apparatus with wind structure capable of flying at a low attitude is provided to enable the hovercraft to fly at a low attitude of 1¯2m from the surface of the water or the ground. CONSTITUTION: A hovercraft apparatus(100) comprises a hull(110) having an air bag(112) to the lower part; a hull-floating propeller(120) disposed to the front end side of the hull, to float the hull by inflating the air bag by air pressure; a hull-propelling propeller(130) disposed to the rear upper side of the hull, to give propelling force to the floated hull; an engine(140) installed to a side of the hull, to drive the hull-floating propeller and the hull-propelling propeller; a rudder(150) installed to the rear of the hull-propelling propeller, to change the direction of the hull the right and left; and a control lever controlling the rudder right and left. The hovercraft apparatus with wind structure capable of flying at a low attitude includes wings(170) installed to the sides of the hull, and an elevator(180) installed to the rear of the hull-propelling propeller. The wings produce dynamic lift for floating the hull in the air of 1¯2m from the surface of the water or the ground and supporting the weight of the hull in the air. The rear end of the elevator is vertically rotated on a hinge shaft and the elevator elevates the hull.
