PURPOSE: A phi-healthy tie manufacturing method is provided to reduce fatigue and headache of a tie wearer that are usually caused by wearing the tie for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The phi-healthy tie is manufactured by preparing a fabric in diverse colors and patterns, which is big enough to obtain front and back pieces of the tie; marking positions(1,2) for attaching ion chip inside the back piece of the tie; putting ion chip into the marked positions(1,2) of the back piece of the tie and covering the positions(1,2) with a cloth and backstitching the cloth; ironing the front and back pieces of the tie; decorating the edge of the tie by using a decorative, stylish cloth; and ironing the tie one more time before packing. |
