PURPOSE:To detect a residual quantity correctly even when a container is installed on another machine in the middle of consumption. CONSTITUTION:For a content take-out device which has a container installing part 13 where a container 11 such as an ink bottle, etc., is replaceably installed, and takes out a content being stored in the container 11 from the container 11 being installed in the container installing part 13, a thermal head to write information in an information recording part 47 of the container 11 being installed in the container installing part 13 is provided, and also, a photoelectric reading device 43 to read the information which is written in the information recording part 47 of the container 11 being installed in the container installing part 13 is provided. |
