FIELD: heat-power engineering; use of organic wastes and vital activity wastes, such as wood, lignin, plastics, cellulose, tires as fuel. SUBSTANCE: proposed incinerator includes waste and coal supply system, air supply system and slag removal unit; coal feeder includes additionally coal and air supply system mounted in pyrolysis chamber made in form of horizontal passage ensuring jet burning of ground coal; waste supply system is mounted in such way that wastes are thrown into jet; slag removal mechanism is located in lower portion of vertical cyclone chamber of oxidizing after-burning of pyrolysis gas: combustion products and products of thermal disintegration of wastes equipped with secondary air supply system and communicated with catalytic after- burning chamber working on principle of flameless burner for complete oxidation of residual hydrocarbons and ash deposition chamber for separation of finely dispersed mineral products from gas.
