FIELD: manufacture of charges out of mixed solid rocket propellant. SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with manufacture of charges prepared out of mixed solid rocket-propellant (MSRP), that is with technology of preparation of the propellant mass and molding of charges. The invention presents a MSRP charge manufacture method, that provides for: batching of liquid-viscous and powder-like components and a hardener, their mixing in a vertical mixer with a mixing head, mixing blades and a detachable housing supplied with a gate; a disconnection of the housing from the mixing head; vacuum compaction of the SNRT mass; connection to a powder hydraulic system of displacement and to an installation of remote filling and molding of the charge in a mould with a clipper. The invention is aimed at development of a method to manufacture of MSRP charges, which provides a good quality of the propellant mass mixing and solidity of charges at processing the mixtures with a yield point of 200-1000 Pa.
