SUBSTANCE: alloy of invention includes, as important ingredient, three- component phase so that alloy contains, wt %: magnesium at least 3-5, zirconium 0.05-0.15, manganese 0.05-0.12, titanium 0.01-0.2, and 0.05-0.5% of at least one element selected from scandium, terbium, cerium, and other lanthanides, including at least scandium, and further aluminum and indispensable silicon inclusions in amounts up to 0.1%. Invention also provides a part from above-defined alloy, which is appropriate for aircrafts, in particular for aircraft fuselage, for sea transport means or motor vehicles and which is made using welding, rolling, extrusion, or forging techniques.
